Very importantly, Maslow taught us that employees won't be highly effective or self-directed while they are disturbed by survival, security and socialization issues.

With Maslow's statement in mind, we have created new software that enables the employee to complete a morale/satisfaction survey via Internet access or via the paper survey. Immediately upon completing the "Internet" survey, the employee's responses are automatically entered into the client's database, whereby providing the client with immediate and unlimited database access to query and cross-tabulate all raw data collected. Such ability will enable the client to gauge the employee's level of satisfaction, attitude, and morale in a real-time format.

Typically, information revealed through the employee morale/satisfaction survey can be utilized to:
