The real time Employee Exit Interview Survey is a new tool that will prove to be very beneficial to all hospital Human Resource Directors. This tool has been created to eliminate or greatly reduce the work load of the Human Resources Department, while at the same time ensuring that the Human Resources Director has immediate and unlimited access to all proprietary information specific to comments and opinions of employees who have voluntarily terminated employment.
Even more importantly, the Human Resources Manager will also have unlimited access to query and cross tabulate all information through an aggregate benchmark database. All information gathered will yield the ability to be queried and/or cross tabulated in real time format.
For an example, data query capabilities will include, but certainly not be limited to the following:
NURSE QUERY EXAMPLE: A client hospital will have the ability to query the entire database and determine why nurses have voluntarily terminated employment at other facilities. Such information can then be compared against the client`s Employee Exit Interview Database to determine if the client hospital is in danger of losing employees for the same reason or consequently such information can be used to market the facility to new nurses seeking employment.
GENERAL EMPLOYEE QUERY EXAMPLE: The client hospital will have the ability to determine if salary, benefits, working conditions, etc are serious issues that employees are citing as factors to voluntarily terminate employment. In so doing, the client hospital will have the ability to determine if those factors at the client hospital are better or worse than the aggregate scores of the other database hospitals. Again, this provides valuable marketing and recruiting information.
