JL Morgan & Associates, Inc. is pleased to ensure HCAHPS compliance for each client hospital for an annual cost of $ 2,940.

JL Morgan & Associates, Inc. has now completed software development in order to interface with the HCAHPS program to ensure that each client hospital will be in compliance with the requirements of CMS as well as with the Quality Tiered Initiative of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama.  We are also proud to have reduced developmental and implementation costs in order to provide this service at a cost that’s well below the pricing of other patient satisfaction vendors.  Such costs are all inclusive, covering all methodology aspects of the client’s proprietary database development, patient surveying of 300 annual HCAHP surveys, as well as data reporting methodology.  We are offering our inclusive HCAHPS program at a monthly cost of $ 245 per month ($ 2940 annually) with a one time database set up fee of $150.  All fees/costs will be invoiced on a quarterly basis

Very importantly, as an added benefiit to all "Patient Satisfaction Clients", JL Morgan & Associates, Inc. will provide the survey component of HCAHPS for NO COST.
